Placeholder Element in Snippets

Currently working with some buildingblocks but because developers like to copy paste elements around the page, classes often get copied with them.

I think it would be nice to have certain building blocks that worked like snippets/layouts.

Layouts already have the placeholder element, if something like that could be placed in a snippet, than that would make pages a lot clearer.

if we could also minimize them, then that would be awesome too.
