Not able to open templates in Mendix studio(Contact your administrator error message)

Hi, Whenever I select any template in Mendix studio , I am getting an error message  :  An error occurred please contact your system administrator. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks , Sadhika

Hi,

Do you have any runtime errors on your console?

If yes, could you please share the screenshot of them?

If no, you can try to shut down the application first and then relaunch it and try to create a new template again.

If the issue still persists, please contact support.
