APP Viewing doesnt work

I want to view my app but I keeps showing this message (see pic). I have waited for over 3 hours but still no respond. Can someone please tell me how to resolve this? I am able to edit my app in Studio.      Many thnx in advance!

Double check your logs to see if there are startup errors. If not file a support request at support.mendix.com.

Please try to run locally first, see if your app starts. If so, choose Run from Studio Pro to get a fresh deployment package and startup action going on the cloud. Wait till Studio Pro says the app is available and check then.
