OQL Widget From App Store - Entity Not Saved?

Hi – I have confirmed my OQL statement inserted into the OQL app store widget returns the correct number of rows. I don’t, however, see the entity populated with these rows? I tried to add to the microflow as follows. What am I missing?

I found I had to set Offset to 0. Then it worked.
