Not able to open project in mendix studio pro

I am not able to open the project in Mendix studio pro when I try to open the project in Mendix that time I get an error  like this ( it appears you updated the app file outside of Mendix studio pro. would you like to  merge the model changes now) and After the  clicking on merge the changes button I get a message  your app is locked, so what should I do plz help me

Hi Omkar,

 

You can download and use tortoise svn to unlock and merge the changes.

That will mostly resolve the issue.
