Create folder button in the select popup for the creation of a new document

When you select a document (microflow, page, service, etc...) and want to create a new one, you have to select a folder as the destination of the new document.

This popup doesn’t offer the option to create a new folder and let you with 2 options,

• continue the creation wizard in a wrong location and start creating a mess,
• stop the wizard and start again later which is boring.
