Set designer Canvas width/height attributes on page in the Configuration

This is a simple idea, but will help teams working together.

If team members have different screen sizes they need to switch the canvas size constantly.

The Canvas Format settings are not relevant to the final software product, so why not moving these to a global configuration setting?

In this way, team members with 4k screens can set it to 2400px and members with full HD screens can work on 1400px all the time without having to re-arrange it constantly.
