The feedback widget works great for us, the users frequently use it to share their thoughts with us and can easily attach a screenshot of what they are doing.
However our development team now often misses these issues because we have to manually check if there are any feedback items, users get demotivated to submit their feedback because we respond to late to it.
It would be great if we could set a mail address to get notifications when a feedback item is submitted.
Not by my knowledge. We end up disabling the feedback widget, because we did not want the users waiting without a response.
Is this simple feature done yet?
