The ws-doc is a requesthandler that generates the data that you see for the wsdl, the wsdl file itself is not directly stored in the deployment directory.

You can find the wdsl by using find advanced in Studio Pro and can then save the wsdl by opening the published service and pressing the Export button on the setting tab.

You could save the file in the resources directory if you need to make them available to a java action for example as a file.
