Showing notification count badge in bottom navigation menu in a mobile native app

Hi, I have a question. Is it possible to show a notification count badge in the bottom navigation menu in a mobile native app, like the screenshot below? It seems it is not possible without creating a custom navigation widget but this will break a lot of functionality I think that comes with Mendix out of the box. Regards, Taner.
