Loading time increase due to huge amount of data need to be download in Excel Export

Hi, I want to download excel which is having huge amount of data with 4 sheets inside. Whenever we click the button then only we are attaching the records to the excel document which is taking time. Can anyone suggest me to reduce the time for downloading the excel which has hige amount of data.
