Hi – it seems, the system can not decrypt the password that you are using to access the SMTP gateway to send the mails.
This would typically happen if someone changes the encryption key of the encryption module after its initial use. I suggest just to reconfigure the SMTP gateway settings once again and propably it works then.

For this re – enter the Encryption key and cross check the password which you entered in Email configuration.
