Make it easier to update app store modules

The process of releasing a new version of a module to the app store right now involves:

1. Exporting an mpk of the module that you want to upload
2. Navigating to the app store in the browser and finding the right module
3. Adding release notes and version number
4. Publish

I see no reason why we can not do this from Studio pro. We can already search for app store contents from Studio Pro.
IOP with one extra dialog for release notes and version number this could be an easy win.
