As Robert said, the issue is not on Mendix's side.
Exchanege Mailbox Storage limit exceeds.
You have to delete the old email and junk email, then the mailbox space will be free and mail will be delivered without any flaws.
The problem is that the mailbox you are using on Exchange is full, so it is rejecting your attempts to send more email.
The solution would be to login to the Exchange server and delete some of the old email, or look at upgrading your Exchange to give the user account you are using more storage capacity.
