Refresh Export mapping from Entity Definition

If I add a few fields to an entity and then go into my message definition and check to boxes to add these nwe fields, when I go into my export mapping, these fields are not available. Is there a way to refresh the entities listed in my existing export mappings so I don’t have to destroy and recreate the entre mapping? It would be really painful when adjusting an API to include some new fields, I had to completely redo the entire mapping.

Why destroy and recreate the entire mapping.
In the export mapping you can add/remove elements to be mapped by clicking Select elements left top and check/uncheck the required attributes.
