Update: the issue is fixed, IEM activation works again!
An incident has been triggered because the functionality to onboard new IEMs has been deactivated in IE Hub (see screenshot)
The root cause has been found and we are already working on a solution for this issue.
Based on our testing, only the activation of new IEM instances is affected.
A manual workaround exists. In urgent cases you can contact Customer Support and select the "Industrial Edge Hub" product.
A customer notification will be send to all registered IEHub customers.
We will provide new information on wednesday 5th July, end of business day.
The Industrial Edge Hub works again. The incident has been succesfuly resolved.
