Mendix private cloud build failed - unable to push image to configured registry

Set up Mendix Private Cloud in Connected. Mendix agent(2.11.0) and operator(2.11.0) was installed .  MXCP-CLI configured database plan, storage plan and ingress. Configured registries, and failed on mendix-build stage. Tried Dockerhub , Harbor and artifactory. None of these works. Couldn't figure out where to add certifcates for registry or setup insecure-registry for mendix build pod.
