Hi,  The production copy was working fine for generation of excel, however all of the sudden I am encountering this error: Uploading file failed: Access Denied (Service: Amazon S3; Status Code: 403; Error Code: AccessDenied; when I tried to upload the excel template, it throws me this error. The help for this issue is very much appreciated.   Thanks

Hi John Carroll,
Restart your application and check once. Mendix has resolved this issue. Once after restarting my application, it does work for me.

Hi Jonar,

If your app is running on Mendix cloud, you need to connect with Mendix support and raise a ticket. They should be able to sort this out / guide you how to correct the problem.

If your app is running outside Mendix you need to connect with the team/person who maintains the infra to check the access and credentials.
