Teamcenter connector sample

Hi Mendix Communuty,   I am new with Mendix and I have tried to test "Teamcenter connector Sample" Template but did'nt work. attached both error messages. License type: Trial Mendix Studio version :8.12.7 do you have any idea about this issue ?   Thanks, Raouf

Please ensure the Teamcenter server is running on the address https://tcbq10v01.gplm.siemens.com.

 

But the Rich-Client is running
