After creating a principal with exceeding limits, I am receiving the message that it has been forwarded to Underwriter for approval. But when the Underwriter is logging in then he is unable to find the respective principal Recreation steps Log in as Agency user and create a principal Add subline of business as Provisia and enter limits 501,000 Submit the screen. You will see a message that principal has been sent to UW for approval Log in as UW now and go to principals> reqest under review > UW doesn’t see any principal request. This is an Issue. Please suggest some solution or let me know incase of any further clarification required.
