The Feedback Widget and feature on Team Server has the nice feature that it emails the person who logged the feedback telling the person the feedback issues has been resolved. Is it possible to do the reverse, that when a feedback comes in that a developer may be notified of this via email? So instead of me always having to trawl through the feedback or stories for duties relevant to me, is there a way to have the system email me when a new keyword comes up that has bearing to my duties? Take a look at the feedback api - i think you could accomplish this quickly using that api.
