Cant access the Getting Started and Introduction Course

Hi, I just started an account with mendix, downloaded the modeler and I'm trying to view the introductory courses. Although my credentials are ok for the modeler and the portal, when I try to take those two courses I get an invalid username/password message and I can go any further. Am I missing something?
