Is it possible to open a pop-up window with deeplink

When I tried, the deeplink refreshed/ opened a blank page with the pop-up on top. I also noticed when using a contentpage in a new window through deeplink, two pages got opened on top of eachother, both with the page that was opened through te Microflow.

Yes. your deeplink microflow can open any page, so also a popup. Only the popup probably shows over an empty page. Just try it in a test project.
