What happened to the Mendix Loading Icon (In Mendix 5+)

Does anyone have a solution for the the Mendix application loading icon. We were able to use the following css class in mendix 4, this doesn't seem to work on 5. Has anyone implemented an existing solution for this. Mx 4 Sample: .MxClient_loader { /* Loading icon */ left: 5px; position: absolute; top: 27px; padding: 0; height:24px; width:24px; }

As far as I know they built in several loading progress bar popups that replaced the general loader. This however doesn't show in many occasions where the original general loader did appear.
