ExcelImporter wants me to contact SysAdmin

When using the ExcelImporter, an error occurs. The following message is returning "Er is een fout opgetreden, neem contact op met uw systeembeheerder". The logfile gives this message: Connector: 404 - file not found for file: filefile. This ExcelImport functionality works fine when using localhost, but doens't work when logging in via IIS. Logging on via IIS and using the app works fine. This might have something to do with directory access/rights on IIS. Does anyone has a suggestion how to resolve this one?
