Cannot log an incident with expert desk

When I try to log an incident through mendix support I cannot save and send the request because it ask me to add an application. I did add a test project as an attachment, but it still asks me to add an application, but there is no field for this. Any idea how I can fix this? I really need to log this ASAP to get a response.

Dear Ruan,

Our apologies for the inconvenience!

The link between Teraco application and the Teraco Data Environments company was broken and therefore you were not able to see the application in your list (Add applications). This issue has just been fixed and from now you should be able to raise tickets.

You add the application underneath the Attachments
