Can local users sign into an application that is deployed in the Sandbox without having an Mx Account?

Micheal,

You can create local users in your app, just like a non sandbox app and they will be able to sign in, without a Mx Account. Users with an Mx Account will automatically be provisioned as a user after logging in at least once.
