Simple Chart Widget - New Version of Highcharts?

I use the Simple Chart widget extensively in my applications. In looking on the Highcharts website, there is a newer version of the Highcharts product available that looks much nicer and offers some significant enhanced features. Is there a plan to update Simple Charts with the newer Highcharts library? Has anyone worked on this?

We have a terminology mixup. The SimpleChart widget inside of Mendix uses either the Flot charting libraries (www.flotchart.org) or the Highcharts libraries (www.highcharts.com). This widget does not use libraries from www.simplechart.net. My question is whether or not there are plans to incorporate new libraries from Highcharts anytime in the future. Also, now that I've looked at it, seems that Flot has new libraries too, so I have the same question for those.
