filedocument (PDF) viewer widget download files (on some computers)

Some users complain about the file document (PDF) viewer that's downloading files. On my PC it works but on some PCs (in the same browser firefox) opening a form with the viewer widget starts downloading the file. Anybody experienced this issue and solved it?

Hi Herbert,

If i understand the problem correctly then the you can view the PDF correctly in your browser and for others( a group of users using firefox), for them it starts downloading the PDF file. Right ?

If so then open the firefox . go to file->options->applications. For content type PDF file, please check what setting is been set, whether to download or to view.

You can change the settings as well.
