Mendix service console disconnects randomly (Logging disconnected)

Hi On our Mendix service console intermittently it just disconnects and displays (Logging disconnected) obviously our users then cant connect. When this happens we have active users logged in and they are then thrown out. We then have to physically start the service console. We are using Mendix service console 4.1
