SAML login issues with capital case in their login
Hello Everyone, I am facing a issue with saml login. I have implemented saml configuration with Azure AD login and I am facing the issue with capital case in their login. Users who have capital cases in their email are not able to login using sso.
In my experience this happens because of how attributes are mapped in the SAML module Configuration pages.
When the Email address is placed in the Account.Name attribute on the mapping tab AND on the Provisioning tab I find this happens.
On the provisioning tab be sure that no claims are written to the Account.Name attribute.
