as an external for some companies, it is difficult to access their company appstore and create mendix support tickets for those companies. Only solution to this is to have multiple mendix accounts for each company, but this could also give unwanted side-effects (like upvoting your own forum idea’s, multiple account management, etc.). Do some co-developers have this issue solved somehow?

Totally agree that multiple accounts is a bad idea. But you can do anything for the Mendix applications of your customer companies, for the app for which you are assigned as a team member or scrum master. Including raising tickets. I know you are aware of that. So what is the problem that you want solved?
