This log message is because you have not licensed your (local) environment. Only with a license it will run indefinitely (until you stop it yourself). If you do not have a license it will stop after a certain amount of time (also locally) and you have to rerun your environment. I believe that time is about 2 hours. You can get your license from Mendix.
It shouldn’t be the cause of the other errors I am seeing in your logging if that is what you are wondering.
