Good morning, Our company manages a lot of applications, with these applications come a lot of certificates. At the moment we add these to our calendar to know when they expire. From experience I can say that this is not a risk free method. This made me wonder, how do other companies manage their certificates and monitor their expiration dates? Since you already have Mendix why not use the app itself (or one app to rule them all) to manage these tasks? You probably already have accounts for these apps as admin or something. So just use the new workflows In Mendix to create tasks and schedule those to send out the reminders to the admins of that app? Very easy to build. And each task is completed as soon as the new date is entered.
