Making v2 feature ready

Do we really need to have a timezone selected? What purpose does it serve. It may sound like nitpicking but selecting a timezone is very excruciating especially if you need to set up multiple accounts/persons.

Perhaps we need to have some kind of self service/sign up or mass import of users. Setting up users, communicating passwords etc. It is quite a lot of work.

1. we need the posibility to link a project to an other project like a Manager-Employee relation so this will result that the highest first project will evolve into a Program

Would like to be able to add intangible benefits as well. (#746096) see userstory in EPICS)

for assessments: see my remarks below

1. Option to retake. (no RETAKE, Next Assessment in TIME based on COPY of the one you would choose as a COPY) an assessment you have completed previously and have the answers from the previous iteration present on the page.. (so you have a timestamp of the last results and can Add the latest status with the timestamp of today)

2. Ability to export assessment results…. (YES)

3. Option to Retake an estimation you have completed previously and have the answers from the previous iteration present on the page. (((((This is the SAME as nr 1 in this list?)

4. Being able to compare teams by their latest completed maturity Assessments (YES please see assessment bootcamp material  Maturity Assessment User Guide.pptx

5. Have the option to add an ambition score to deliverables in assessments

• We are currently working on deployment/setup instructions for AFS. It’s a living document that will get updated a long the way.
• Importing of currencies can already be done through the Finance configuration page, there’s also an import default option which contains an extensive list of currencies.
• You can already move items out of the template or are you talking about doing this when selecting the template to start an assessment?
