Hello, I am trying to test my Ticket Registration App. During the testing I am not able to create a new ticket. After pressing “New” I get the following message “An error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator”. What does that mean? When looking at on the other page I can make “New Customers”. and I can’t get it resolved on the ticket page. Hope one of you can help me out. Thanks in advance.

If you are running locally on your machine you will see the error in your console log. So check that and edit your question if you are not able to solve the error yourself. If the error is in the cloud you can check the logs in Sprintr.
