Hi The Technical Contact has given me access to the environments and backups of the app, but when attempting to backup projuction I’m asked for google 2fa. The tech contact has sms but another member has google auth. I’m not sure if I can’t setup google auth because I don’t have the correct Node Permissions setup but I am unable to currently see what permissions I have. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Also I can’t currently see the new V4 Node to perform an upgrade from V3 Cloud to V4. Any info on this would also be very helpful. Many Thanks Greg EDIT Solved: I was not given the option to choose google auth or sms, I contacted mendix support and had them reset it, this fixed the issue.
