It appears that you do not have any Team Server Apps

I can commit changes from the Mendix Studio. I also see the new versions on the App dashboard on sprintr.home.mendix.com. But when I open the Branch Line Manager I get the message in the title. Any ideas?

I would echo what Mike said, if you aren’t logged into the same email address on Studio Pro that you are in Mendix Studio it wont be able to see what you have committed to the Team Server.  Unless you have saved your project locally, in which case you would be able to see it regardless of what email you are logged onto.
