Modeler 7.23.4 7.23.5 and 7.23.6 crashes after a recent upgrade to Windows 10

I had 7.23.4 and 7.23.5 mendix modeler versions on windows 7 64 bit.  I had to upgrade my operating system to windows 10 recently.  Since then, the 7.23.4 and 7.23.5 modeler versions are consistently crashing when i make changes.  I did a fresh install of 7.23.6 on windows 10 to see if that resolves the problem but it does not seem so. Here are the ‘Event viewer’ application crash report logs.  Is there a fix or configuration change in windows 10 that can solve this problem ?   The exception below is noted in the logs Exception Info: System.AccessViolationException .net runtime source log. I am running on Windows 10 and never had any problems, so I do not think that this is a generic issue.

The error looks quite nasty so I would suggest to submit a support ticket and let Mendix look into this.

I have seen such behaviour yesterday. I was working in a 7.23.4 model tried to change something in my domain model and the Studio Pro just crashed. Started it again try to do the same and again crash. Only after restarting my machine it was solved and I could make changes again. No idear what might cause this.

Ronald

Figured out that keeping Microsoft OneNote open causes Mendix modelers to crash.  The problem did not re-occur when i close OneNote while working on the modeler.
