Did you try to setup gmail according to these documentation: https://docs.mendix.com/deployment/mendixcloud/sending-email
If you have two factor authentication set up on your gmail you may need to set up what is called an app password.

Yes I am doing setup as mentioned in that document like by providing below details, Host Port SSL/TLS Username Password, But I am not sure whether it is correct or not. Like SMTP host I am giving as smtp.gmail.com, port as 467. ssl.tls as true and username and password of my personal gmail account.
I have deactivated (Turned OFF ) 2FA set up in my gmail account. Still getting same error "Sending the email to the following server failed : smtp.gmail.com:465
"Access for less secure apps has been turned on" After this setting in my gmail account I am able to send email from Mx.
