imap pop3 email reset

I implemented the imap pop3 module successfully awhile ago on our on-premise servers. Recently I started seeing errors when trying to retrieve emails. When using the "Replicate Emails" button provided by the module, I receive the " reset" error.  I reset my google password and attempted to configure the Server Configuration for the imap/pop3 info in my app. When I click on Next (on page 1), I get the exception error there as well. I am able to edit/save the server configuration info as well as retrieve emails successfully when running locally in the modeler. Does any one have any suggestions on how to debug why this is no longer working on our servers?   Thanks, Tracy
