Where do you go in an emergency if your MxID is inaccessible
This is probably not the right place to ask for, but the Mx Portal asked me to change my password. After changing it, I can't log in into the portal, nor the modeler nor does the password reset feature work. I emailed support and still no luck. We're busy with a dry-run of our rollout process so this is really bad timing. Just hoping somebody hear knows what one should do incase of emergency.
