Duplicate associations with MxModelReflection after sync

When using the latest version of the MxModelReflection (v5.0.1) I get duplicate associations in the database of my associations from my domain models. The first sync is ok. Next syncs will add duplicaties. Is there somebody who has this fixed this in the sync javasource or has made a clean up script what preserves the id's? We will investigate this issue and provide an update for this module soon! I recommend filing a ticket for this in our support portal, in future, as it will end up in our support process quicker.
