Theme is not apply

i am select a theme,but this theme is not apply in mendix ....

Try to clear your browser-cache after you switch between Themes, as possibly the CSS from your previous Theme is still cached by your browser.

You can also try to open your Mendix website in a anonymous browser window so that you don't have problems with browser caching (chrome=anonymous, IE=inprivate, FireFox=private tab).
