Planned maintenance messages should be sent to all users authorized for deployment
Currently the planned maintenance messages are sent to the technical contact only. This is not acceptable. We have a rotating support duty roster. So all users authorized to the cloud node MUST get these messages. We cannot change technical contacts for all nodes every week. This applies to all our production nodes.
Good point! I've relayed it to the teams responsible.
In the meantime, have you considered setting up email aliases for things like this? I've seen many customers set up one central email address for all of their prod apps, use that as a technical contact and then add everyone to the alias.
Thanks for the feedback, we'll implement this soon. However, we will send it to all users that have enabled alert notifications for that environment. Would that work for you?
