I am confused in Mendix uptime, they are offering 99.5% uptime and 99.95% uptime, What does it mean? And if I use my own cloud or cluster then this uptime is applicable to those clusters or they are independent of Mendix uptime. Please help me out from this confusion.
SLA level of 99.5 % uptime/availability results in the following periods of allowed downtime/unavailability:
Daily: 7m 12s
Weekly: 50m 24s
Monthly: 3h 39m 8s
Quarterly: 10h 57m 26s
Yearly: 1d 19h 49m 44s
So with the gold support you get higher avaiability.
[EDIT] And if you use your own cloud you are yourself responsible for the uptime.
