This issue is due to the graphics functionality within Windows, as it appears that this is due to issues where hardware acceleration in WPF is broken, and there is a registry flag to suppress it in .NET.
Please see the following for information: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/dotnet/netframework-4.0/aa970912(v=vs.100)?redirectedfrom=MSDN#disable-hardware-acceleration-option.
There is also a ticket opened with the Mendix R&D team to implement a solution for this.
Hi Carolina ,
You can follow this link. Seems like issue and he has found an alternate just for time being to login to the Studio pro.

Can you try with uninstalling and install it again
Do you still have the same problem with the version 9.2.0 that Mendix released today?
