Not able to save new courses, locations, teachers, and trainees to the system like mentioned in 4.5 module.

Hi All, I’m new to Mendix and I am working on the Rapid Developer Analyst Training for LearnNow Training Management. As mentioned in Module 4.5 in preview mode, I have added new course details and clicked Save but if go back to Course over view page, I cannot see my previously added course. Did I miss anything?
