Unable to download current log file for licensed app

I’m unable to download the current log file for a licensed app in acceptance.  I get this error message:  logs-download-server-prod-3-us-east-1.mendix.com is currently unable to handle this request.HTTP ERROR 500 Any ideas?  Also the drop-down for Mendix Studio Version doesn’t include Mendix version 8.10 so that needs to be updated.  So I selected 8.9 as that is the closest option, but the version is 8.10 Thanks!
