In some situations, the mendix server log does not provide all the needed information. In special situations, you need to review the serverlogs as well. Mendix support can provide the postgresql logs, but it takes some time (days) to get them.
It would be very helpfull to be able to access these logs via the cloud portal, just as the other logs.
